Soggy Sour Cake

Extremely disappointed with cake for my 40th birthday. My Mother and Sister ordered the cake from you but I would not refer anybody to you. The cake was sagging, soggy and rotting. White liquid was running from the cake. It would have been embarrassing to have cut the cake in front of friends and family. The cake was clearly under baked and had a nasty sour taste!!!
