Unsatisfactory food

We visited The Wimpy, inside the Wild Waves Waterworld, Wild Coast Sun. I do understand that a only place selling food there could get very busy, especially with 2500 patrons visiting. I ordered 12 kiddies meals (Plus free toy) on the 4th of Jan. Waiting for this order was not a problem, as we had lots of time. The order was confirmed as comlete by the assistant. Upon arrival as the kids started to eat, I was shocked to find a dry burger pattie, only (with nothing at all) on an even drier bun, The toys for the kids was not even issued. I had to go back and complain, and when I did I was merely told that " that is the way it is done around here". I was not the only patron there that day, that complained.
For this particular reason we will never go back to This Waterworld, as we will rather starve as a result of this particular food outlet.
