False Advertising vs badly trained staff

Had a horrid experience with your Norwood branch on saturday. Called at 7pm for an order which was only delivered at 8:20pm. We called Debonairs twice! the first time they where 5 minutes away, 20 minutes after the first call we called again, only to receive the pizza's at 8:20pm. The red dot had already turned black and the pizza had to be rewarmed. Your driver informed us that the dot does go black in the bag that they use and there is nothing he can do, even tho there is a statement on your box about the RED/BLACK dot being free if it is delivered to us Black! He informed us that all the pizza's get delivered that way because of the bag that they use for delivery does not keep it very warm. Also, According to the Promo we were supposed to get a free Coke and 4 sweet beg4mores with the full house family meal that we ordred, this was not recieved.
