No kids toys with meals

I am on holiday in pmb from jhb and have been to the store twice-18 dec as well as tonight 23 dec. I am horrified that the franchise on both occassions has been out of toys! Pathetic responses by managers were given and my kids left without toys-i pd for my 4 kids x 4 kiddies meals on x2 occassions!!! I wil not recommend or go back therein a hurry-no customer satisfaction
