On the 16 August 2013 me, my wife and 3 kids went to Wimpy waterfall mall for a early dinner. There were only one family present in the Wimpy. We placed our order and about 10 min later 2 families entered the Wimpy. They also placed there orders. The other families recieved there food while we were still waiting for ours. Eventually 45 min later our food arived (only my wife and daughters food. My two sons and myself were still waiting) My wifes food were cold on arrival. About 10 min later my sons and my food arived at the table. Myne also cold. The egs were supposed to be "sunnyside up" which was not. The service we (after speaking to the manager) had was really bad. The Manager did not even try to sort out the problem. We reluctently eat the food, paid the bill and left very descusted at the service. I don't think i will ever set foot in a Wimpy again.
