What does the sign mean - Oh only works tomorrow

Mcdonalds Stellenbosch has gotten the same order two days in a row. The new burger The Texan comes with a hash brown and yesterday and today the left it out of the order. Now today we went to the drive through one and it said COD is out of order thanx management. Well I can see they cannot spell thanks, bad professionalism and when we asked both people what COD meant their reply was oh its operational tomorrow. So we asked again and well the said the did not what it meant. I had asked for them to remove the sauce on the order and add an extra patty, but they added extra onions as well and left out the hash brown. I called them when I got home and was told oh sorry please come back later. Which means get a mode of transport drive across town and wait again at inconvenience to me.
