Disgusted but not surprised

Came at kfc at 9:30pm tonight... Ordered my favorite meal boxmaster (zinger) with chips and a coke... Came to the pick up window, pay and then get told there is no zinger fillets, said i dont mind to wait 30 minutes untill theymake one... Eventually it came, i went home, opened it up, it was like the hash brown and patty was one thing, i really dont know what they did but the didnt make anything fresh and is was really a disgusting soggy mess as if the fillet and hash brown was mashed together- where is the crispy fillet and intact hash brown??? i got really nauseous and after one bite i gave it to the dogs, and this all after waiting 30 minutes of waiting, hoping for once to get fresh good food!!! But im not surprized, next time ill rather drive the 25km extra and go to vaal mall kfc where i always recieve excellent service and great food!! I wish your management could see what a real kfc should be like! I guess ill never learn, this always happens at three rivers!
