Bad service and lack of communication

Last night (03.07.2013) I came to buy supper at 22h05 which was reflected on my slip. I was told that the chicken would be ready in five minutes (by Xoliswa). Five minutes came and went and the next thing there is a discussion at the back among the stuff members, not telling us the customers what is going on. What seems to look like a manager told us that the chicken will be ready in ten minutes. No apologies, no explanation by the manager or Xoliswa. She avoided us like the plague. All we wanted was communication regarding the delay and why. This is not the first time this has taken place at this branch. I would suggest that all stuff go for customer training as chatting to each other was of more value than communicating with the clients
