Disgusting service

I ordered pizza online from the Jabulani mall branch for delivery. I only received my order 3 hours later. When I called to find out about my order I was told that it's on the way. No apology or anything. This is not the first time this is happening, the first two times they claimed to have been lost. What is the point of ordering for delivery if it's not going to be convenient and you are not going to get your order on time, never mind the fact that my house is less than 5 minutes away from Jabulani mall. I'm disgusted with the service.
