Macdees bad service

Good day, i visited Mcdees on the 29/06/2013
Ordered 1 Mexican meal
kiddies meal
Medium Big mac
The boxes of the burgers were extremely Greasy, and this is not the first time.
i asked for serviets the lady told me if i look its at the bottom of the bag-There was none!
i left as i was irritatede, Not knowing they didnt give me my 3 Drinks
So 15 min later i had to drive back just to get my drinks, and then they also didnt believe me that i did not receive my drinks. They were not that busy at all and yet there service seems to be so appauling, i hate macdees I trully wish my kids didnt want to eat it any more
