KFC Brackenfell (Old Paarl Rd) truely Pathetic

Our family has been to your store in Brackenfell (Old Paarl Road) on Sunday and had the most pathetic experience imaginable!
We decided to eat there (which we never do) as we thought this would be a relaxing time on a Sunday evening, everything but!
My husband ordered the food and my toddler son and myself sat down so long. When the food arrived the chips was cold and my son's pops was never put in the bag. My husband had to then get back up and sort this out. When I opened my Hawaiian rounder which I normally order without tomato I got a rounder with no tomato and no lettuce so yet again he had to go back to get this sorted. We called the manager who said he will fix my rounder where I asked him to take my husband's as well as we would like to eat together and both have hot food. Our chips were long finished then he came back with 2 new burgers. He then had the wrong burger for my husband. He brought a zinger instead of a rounder thus me resulting in eating alone anyway.
In between the chips there was something that looked like a stick it was pitch black. This was handed to the manager but he was just never minded and didn't even apologise.
What a truly terrible experience
