KFC
2 days bad service and bad attitude

1. On Fryday 28 june at the kyalami KFC we ordered cappicino and got coffee
2. we ordered am deluxe burgers and the the burgers where dry no sous and some of the ingredient where burnt
3. the persone that helped us was very rude and did not treat us very nice

4. monday 1st of july we ordered the same 3 cappicino and 1 white coffee
4am deluxe burgers

5. i had to send 2 of the burgers back again because one's again there was no sous on the burgers and the i got the 2 burgers back after fixing it and then still had to wait another 20 min for 2 other burgers and the coffee

so i would like to know how is it possible to have the same service in 2 days which was not even funny
