The Worst customer service in the world

We are frequent customers of the establishment. We often come with friends and other family members. We spend approx R3000.00 pm (young family of 5). We know that inside is never busy as young families go play outside with above a ave children play area. I wanted to put on the volume (not loud at all) just to get a bit of an atmosphere for the British lions and wallaby test match. Now there is no one in the restuarant except my young family. 3 kids under 5 yrs old. I get attacked with the most bizarre / rude / intoxicated / behavior I have ever seen in my life. Again let me repeat there is no customers in the restuarnt. I tell the manager (Andrew) that should any customer wishes to lower the volume we will duly oblige. He started shouting at us and through us out the restaurant. he claimed that he was the owner. but no owner would treat customers like that. To cut a long story short. I take my family out of there. Never to return again. I hope and plead that no one experiences this type of hostility again. It's a pity be because it was one of the better places to spend with the kids. RIP panetonie. Daniel.
