Cappuccino's
Does not want to give us an open table

Arrived at 18h15 and asked for a table with a booth. Our toddler is asleep and needs place to lie. Even though 4 booths are open, we are refused abooth table. Have to wait an unspecified amount of time. Meanwhile the other boths are being filled with single couples. This results in an argument 9 out of 10 times. (We used to eat here twice a week, but becuase of the fighting, our frequency has gone down. George (the owner) is losing income and his managers are upsetting prospective patrons. While I have the highest respect for George, his managers are myopic and are damaging him. We had similar experiences at the Grove, Woodlands and Centurion. It is frustrating and truly sad. As I am now done typing here, there are still booths open, and we're still waiting with todlerr sleeping in my wife's arms. Not nice!!!
