I absolutely can not begin to explain how frustrating being a Nedbank client is!!! - Then again i don't have to as 123 hellopeter pages of mostly complaints speaks for itself.

Whenever someone swipes their card the transaction immediately goes from Available amount to Current amount (as with the debit orders and "maintenance" fees they always seem to have there without fail because it goes to them, not exactly maintaining my account so well are you?!), however for the second time in two months now I get a message to say my account is "overdrawn" despite the money being there when I did the card transaction at Spar and a R 90 honoring fee added on there! I always draw my money out after all debit orders as I have a weekly "cash budget".

I don't care how long the suppliers take to submit the transaction to Nedbank the amount should have been reserved the second my card was swiped!!!

Does Nedbank expect me to check that the amount has been reserved every time I swipe my card??? because then you can stop charging me a "maintenance" fee every month because you CLEARLY cant maintain accounts for!!!

I have had enough of Nedbank and their PATHETIC excuse for Service!!!
