Poor service!

I arrived and had toASK if I could order as nobody paid any notice to me. I then ordered a combo of 2 wraps, 2 smoothies and chips and paid R115. I specified that I wanted one wrap without tomato. The cooks then proceeded to mess up the order and add tomato to both wraps. I then waited for the order to be fixed. I was frantic and in a hurry that when I was handed my brown bag I grabbed it and left. When arriving at the office to eat, I noticed that the guys then also FORGOT my chips. I have now called multiple times to speak to the store and I have had no such luck. The call was picked up and then hung up.
