What happened to Global Wrapps??

I used to love Global Wrapps and would frequently get one of their great wraps. I went back recently to the Sandton City branch only to find a group of lacklustre staff members. After placing my order, it took a good five to ten minutes before someone went to make the wrap - the guys were sighing about who would make the wrap and they were passing around the gloves and disappearing behind into the back before someone went to make it. When they came out, they gave me a few dirty looks.

The stoves did not look clean - which put me off further - and the fillings looked like they'd been sitting there for a while. I definitely should've had a look before ordering! Then, once the guy had made up my wrap, he put it into a dirty piece of foil (it had food on it already).

The whole experience was totally off-putting and unhygienic! It is a pity, as I really liked the place before, but now I will never go back there again!
