Debonairs not FAST food

I drove about 6km to order Pizza at Debonairs. The counter proudly boasts" Everybody tuck in 10 minutes... that is our commitment to you" When I ordered a single standard Vegetarian pizza I was told that it will take 30 minutes. I pointed out the commitment printed on the counter. The cashier told me they could not do anything about that. The order did take 30 minutes to complete.

So the bottom line is, if you cannot even closely honour your commitment, either update it to reflect your real processing time or remove it. Don't promise when you cannot deliver. Next time when I feel like fast food, Debonairs won't come to mind. I would rather start a potjie.
