KFC
Only accept cash in drive through

This is not the first time this KFC branch (Douglasdale) has been completely incompetent.
After waiting in the drive through line for literally half an hour, I got to the window to place my order, only to be told that they do not accept cards, only cash. So I was stuck in the line for another 15minutes, without even placing an order.

Their service is extremely slow in general, compared to other branches dealing with the same amount of customers. Their have been 3 previous occasions where I have been completely baffled as to why they are so incompetent. Once after waiting for 15minutes, after placing our order, we were told that there was no chicken left. Another time we were told to order something else because they had to defrost the chicken fillets, and they do not want to do this because they are almost closing.

I have never had good service at this branch. I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, and I am sorry to generalize but I believe all the workers at this branch are lazy and are not doing their jobs.

I really like KFC, but I will not return to this branch and I will spread the word.
