Good Day

I'm sure this is not your first complaint about KFC Promenade (Drive-Thru). When ordering your food one would expect everything to be there? Not happening at this KFC!! On two occasions, once at the drive-thru itself and once instore, I have ordered a family meal with 3 sides and I would usually take the wings as an extra. And on both occasions the 'wings' dramatically disappears?? What do the people at this KFC do with the missing orders, keep it for themselves?

I'm disgusted!! One would think the first time is a mistake, but for it to happen twice and to multiple people? Smells a but fishy!

Please investgiate the amount of claims you receive w.r.t. this particular KFC.

PS: Both incidents happened this year, one more recently 3 weeks ago.
