Worst KFC branch

I have been having regular problems with KFC Meyersdal over the last few years.
Some of the problems experienced are:
Lack of stock after ordering and paying - Especially the Wicked Box Meal Burger
The Ice-cream machine is out of order regularly
Spoons for the mash and gravy are almost never included
They usually add more wings in than any other piece in the family sized bucket
The quality of the food differs from day to day, never the same
They have on multiple occasions not given me as many pieces of chicken, zinger wings, drinks etc. as I have ordered which has resulted in me having to ALWAYS check the bag before I leave. (This infuriates everyone behind me in the Drive-Thru)

Most recently my one colleague forwarded me this email stating his absolute disgust with the KFC:
"I have been shocked to see the quality of their food going down hill. Yesterday 03/04/2013 I purchased a Sweet Chilly twister. The twister had 2 pieces of chicken some sauce and the rest was made up of lettuce. Even the packaging was not the standard Cardboard box made for twisters. It was a paper wrapping.
Fast foods aren't cheap yet this is the quality that we get." (Shortened)
