Advertise one product but change when at till

We purchase the Zinger Power box meals constantly and during the November/December 2013 period, we purchased it three times in the space of a month. We drive through from Sabie, 65km away. On this particular day, we went through to the drive through as usual and ordered the 3 of the Zinger Power box meals and one fully loaded box meal as usual. We were informed that there are no zinger wings available, only a piece of drumstick. We decided to go into the store itself as we were told that there are wings, but must be purchased separately. At this point, we were told that they do not sell the combo any more, we need to purchase the wings as a side. there was no indication that the promotion or product was discontinued as we had just purchased it the week before. We then ordered something else 15pc "Bucket" Meal and other sides. we ordered the Oreo crushers as it was extremely hot. We were told that they are out of ice cream. When we get to Sabie, we find that there were pieces short as we did not get a bucket but rather three separate boxes. I complained and am still awaiting a call to resolve the issue and now receive a mail to say the matter is resolved. I'm unhappy. Please help
