COLESLAW SOUR!!!

We support our local KFC and love the food but for so many times now we receive sour coleslaw and its really frustating. Everytime we collect our food we ask and they say its fresh but when we get back to office its sour and revolting. Please do something about this. Its really disappointing. PLEASE
