We bought a Milky Bar crusher with our food. My daughter tasted it and it was sour. We returned and received a totally incompetent response. They took their time making a replacement which was obviously sour too. Tshepo told us we didn't know what Milky Bar tasted like. He wanted to give us another crusher which I declined as clearly the ice cream was sour. I asked for a refund and he ignored me. I ended up driving away without any response. Our food was getting cold. Tshepo needs training in how to greet and handle a customer. Certainly not laughing, taking time and ignoring!
