Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Say No to extra vat charged!

Today at lunch time, myself and a co-worker decided to have lunch at Panarottis, Clearwater Mall branch. Seeing as it is Tuesday, we opted for the, one gourmet one classic, pizza promo.

We had calculated expected price as according to the menu, but to our surprise when the bill arrived total cost was more, extra cost was apparently for vat.

We queried, with the waiter, and he could not tell us why we were being charged vat twice, so we refereed to the menu which clearly stated "ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT" we then asked for the manager who was just as clueless about the company polices concerning vat.

I cant help but think about how many other people have been oblivious of this incorrect extra charge. Its your right to refuse to pay it, the necessary people will be contacted to have this revised.
