Quay 4
Missing clothing packet

ON 30th Nov my hubby and i had breakfast at Quay 4 and forgotten our clothing shopping bag on our chair.
Upon arriving home we realized this and immedaitely called Quay 4 whereby Fathima confirmed the recovery of this packet. I went back the next day to collect my packet and 3 days afterwards and the staff could not assit me with my pac, they advised it could be locked in the safe or kept in a safe placle, yet no-one could find my packet. I have not received a single email or courtesy call from the staff or manager regading my packet. Clearly my packet has being by the staff. I am truly disguisted with the approach of management at Quay 4. I am a regular patron at Quay 4 and cant belive people are so dishonest. As for the staff that are aware of my and made me run up and down over 3 days, you all are pathetic.
