Mcdonalds cashier giving lip

I ordered a flat white and was given a espresso topped with BOILING milk only... i waited half an hour and could still not drink it! It's suppose to be served with froth AND at drinkable temperature! When I asked for a re-do the cashier first gave me lip about it saying it's suppose to be that way... All I expected was an apology and a quick 'repair' of the order.
