Nandos lying and side stepping issues!!!

A few months ago the nandos in Tokai by the garage supplied us with a really aweful and bad meal, they in response said we can come in ANY time and claim that same meal for free as an apology which is acceptable right?

Well today I went there and according to them I'm a and there is now no record when they say, and the person on duty had a really FOUL attitude!

I love nandos but not enough to ever go there again when treated like from one of their branches when they made a mistake!

We would have never accepted that meal nor paid for it if were served at their restaurant! And the fact me delivery even said it was disgusting how nandos could do that is something as well!

How these companies can be run like this is a mystery to me, what ever happened to respecting the customer? As they surely don't not seems as if ever did.
