Food not up to standard

Hi

Me and my husband went to McDonald's last night to buy food by the drive thru when we got home the chips was so cold it tasted like old chips the burgers tasted like it was made long before we bought it and the drinks were flat. I send an email to complain about it to the email on the slip than the guy responded and told me that he will get the manager to phone me they never did than I phone the customer service number and got a answering machine that said I must leave my name and number they will call me back and never did. I'm really disappointed in there customer service.
