I walked into Ackermans Store to buy my 18mnth old boy a Winter gown! As I walked in I realized that there was an Assistant cleaning the floor and I asked If It was still wet on the Gowns Aisle, and she did not respond, so I carried on to walk towards the aisle. She RUDELY bit my head off and said she told me that It was still wet, and I said to her I didn't hear her replying to me, that's why I walked through! Guess what she said? "I shook my head in response that It was still wet! "!!! What I want to know is, is this how Ackermans teach their staff to communicate with customers? Nod yes or no for response to customers? Is this Customer Ettiquette at ACKERMANS? Such a pathetic girl who wanted to treat me like trash whereas I was polite enough to ask her first If I could proceed into the aisle she was cleaning! It's not my problem that she was cleaning the floor while the customers are still opened to shop!! (I think that was supposed to be done once the store is closed, or in the morning before the store opens). Not only that, she still had the nerve to tell me that It's not her problem that I did not see her nod her head that It was still wet! Such a B! U DON'T DESERVE that JOB!
