Marco gomes from Odin (operations manager) has finally sorted out my complaint with KFC in waterfall from over a year ago. he took over from the useless people that where there before him, and he has made it happen.

wife and i got a box master meal, not we full and sleepy (well wife is sleeping already)

i just want to say to Odin, they should hold onto this staff member, they are few and far between
