Sleepy Headz
Bad quality bad service

I bought a sleepy headz bed and on the first night it broke. I contacted the people who sold me the bed and they gladly replaced the bed for me. 1 month later the bed broke again, I contacted the people who sold me the bed only to find out that they are no longer in business and, they advised me that I should contact Sleepy headz directly which I have done, the gentleman I spoke to their said he cannot help me as the people I bought the bed from still owes him money. I then faxed him the invoice as well as the proof of payment saying that my bed was paid for I also confirmed this with the lady I ordered the bed from, she said that sleepy headz does not release beds without them first being paid for.

This is a new bed only a few months old. I am getting no assistance from the factory sleepy heads or from the people I bought the bed from.

I am frustrated as I paid R4550 for this bed and it is broken and a very bad quality bed. If someone can please help me I would really appreciate it.
