First to the KFC Headoffice. Last year sometime I reported that i found bubblegum in my mash and gravy. Your reply in short that the staff was not found eating bubblegum through the video tapes. Well Sunday morning at around 10h20 a lady who totally ignored me at the counter as my order was once again wrong was CHEWING BUBBLEGUM.
I actually confronted her and told about KFC policy but was totally ignored.
Debra the manager came and i told her, she call this lady but was completely ignored and walked away without answering her. Lethabong was there also.
Now my order: Breakfast Delux Hamburger was given the incorrect ones. Ordered Street wise feast - which is two pieces of chicken and chips - ordered a Cappuccino with it and was charge R15.00 for the Cappuccino Waited for the right order but it never came, eventually went back to counter myself, only to be notified then that they where out of stock of hasbrowns.
