BAD Service!!!

I was at the Montecasino based restuarant on the 9th of June. The waitress spilled the entire platter of garlic and chillis soaked in oil down my back. I understand that was a mistake but had she gone to the side of the table instead of over me it would never have happened. I complained to the manager who said they will dryclean my top and if the stains don't come out then they will refund me for my top. it is now the second of July and I have contacted the store twice and am still awaiting the owner to contact me back. I have been a loyal customer of Col'Cacchios, but because of this incident i will never ever visit another store again. Really outraged at the pathethic service received!!!
