Best Customer Service Ever Experienced!

Where do I start? My name is Sonny Tai, I'm an American visitor to Johannesburg. I was lured into Rich Grill and Bar by their advertisement outside Planet Fitness for a 250g Sirloin Steak and Chips - only 39 Rand. Unbelievable, you cannot buy raw beef in the United States for 39 Rand. As soon as you sit down, you're greeted by a smiling, friendly waiter. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. The first time, when I asked to substitute rice for chips, they mistakenly brought out chips, but when I indicated it, they apologized profusely and quickly brought out a bowl of rice within five minutes. The owners walk around greeting customers, and never fail to forfet their names. My third time there, I ordered a delicious Portugese sausage, and one of the partners, Shawn, promised me that the next meal is on him, since I initially wanted boeroewors and their supply had not yet come in.

If I lived in South Africa, I'd probably eat here four or five times a week. The food is phenomenal, the pricing is extremely competitive, and the customer service is the best I've experienced anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!!
