I will NEVER support you again!!

A week ago I ordered pizza from the centurion lifestyle branch and was so frustrated to the SLANG language that they used!! I phoned my order in and the guy (the manager) has NO peoples skills at all!! he kept saying YEAH< thank You and yes that is all he can say, even if I asked is the crust filled with cheese he simply said thank you... I mean seriously is this how you speak to your clients! I then went and picked up my pizza and the teller is the most rude woman I have ever seen, she didn't even say hello. I had to ask if my order is ready only after I asked she looked in the kitchen. I lodged a complaint with customer care and the kept phoning me on a Sunday!!! and then the guy with the slang language phoned me and said, I here like you have a complaint!! REALLY!! and then I received an sms stating that my issue was sorted out!! I will make sure none of my friends or family members ever support them again!!!
