Disgusting Service & Food

Friday 25/10/2013 around 17.30 - visited Fishaways @ Florida Junction. Customer service is pathetic- only one person taking orders that had no clue what she was doing. I am shocked at the level of service offered by a huge fastfood name like this- Where was the manager to witness this appauling service. I waited 20 minutes to be atteneded to- bear in mind there was only 3 people ahead of me. Secondly, I wanted my meal (hake, coleslaw, rice/chips), with my fish grilled- "sorry we not grilling only frying"? WHY??? why does this store not grill the fish?? I wanted my meal with hald chips and half rice, I always have it this way @ Sandton city, but this store cant offer you that- WHY??? Why cant i have half chips and half rice?? I was further disgusted with the oil tasting fish i was served and the coleslaw that looked a few days old. I am sorry that I ever visited this store-why? Because I have always had fantastic service and food from Sandton city. I want either my money returned or a voucher to have my meal replaced at the Sandton store, why cause I have absolutely no faith in the store @ Florida Junction. Disgusted and Appauling.
