Drive through is manned by

We stopped at KFC Centurion on 31/05/2013 at around 18:00 as it was on the way home. We took the drive through as it was not as busy as the store itself.

First we were approached by an employee walking between the cars in the drive through with a piece of paper and pen wrote down the orders in order to go and place them in the store. (So we thought)

I told him to take a hike and drove up to the order cubicle to place my order. As I wanted to start, the same guy barged in the door and wanted to place the order of the car that was behind me. What is the point of a ordering booth, if that is not were you place the order? More people taking orders wil not speed things up...

I then told him a gain to take a hike and placed my order. When leaving the pickup window and checking the bag, I realised the there as just 1 out of 4 things ordered that was correct. How is it possible that the order was taken and read back to me, but only 1 out of 4 items was correct.

Even better that that... At the pickup window the order was also read back before I received it, but still, they only managed 1 out of 4 items?

Not sure if training will even help, but something will need to be done.
