UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TELEPHONE MANNER

I called Perfect 10 Menlyn on 05/02/2014 to make an appointment for Gelish soak and a new set of nails. I have done this the past 4 times in the last two months (can be picked up on their system) and everytime has been a bad experience. When asking over the phone for an appointment the music in the background was so LOUD that Lerato kept asking me "what" "what" "what" - i asked her to please turn the music down and she said now they are listening to the music and then proceeded to throw the phone down in my ear. I then gave her the benefit of the doubt and called back after which the music again was so loud and her attitude and response to me was much to be desired. If this was my business i would seriously be worried about the attitude of "MANAGEMENT" in the Menlyn Branch. When i asked her why the music is so loud (as it has been when i have been a client there doing my nails) she again threw the phone down in my ear. I asked for headoffice's details and they refused to give me the details and said i can get it myself. I have spent alot of money at this shop and its unacceptable and i wonder why there are never clients when i am there. BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE.
