The manager doesnt know anything about service

We are loyal supporters of the Garsfontein branch & never had a trouble with our order nor the quality of the food itself.

It just seems like there is one bad apple there & that is the manager Vusi who always seems grumpy.

We ordered food on Friday valued at R130 yet the balance that went of my account came to R208. I went there & explained my situation to Vusi. He said "Ok", took out a file & started browsing through it.

Not once did he apologise or explain what he was doing. After 5min he repeated my enquiry & then continued browsing. After another 5 min I merely asked how long it was going to take as I was in a hurry to which he replied in a rude sarcastic tone that I should have told him if I was in a hurry.

He took money from the till, handed it to me & once again didn't say a word. I politely asked him for his name where he ignored me completely. When I repeated my question he replied rudely "Why do you want to know my name?! " After a 3rd attempt he said it was Vusi.

I left & phoned them 10min later & requested the head office nr. Vusi knowing it was me just said "You can find it on the back of the menu", which I didn't have.

His attitude is unacceptable.
