BAD SERVICE!!!

I have accepted a quotation for a new sliding door and a window on 12 September 2013. Vusi Mtungwa from the Edenvale branch told me that it takes 3 days to get the sliding door and window. On 19 September 2013 I have not heard anything and sent a email to Vusi asking when it will be installed. He told me that it will be on Wednesday (today) 25 September 2013 at 09:00. At 10:00 I phoned to find out where the guys are. Gift told me that Vusi is out of the office but the guys are at my house?? They were not at my house and I phoned again. This time I'm told that the sliding door was not delivered on Monday and someone has gone to fetch it today.??? Why are you lying to me?? I was also told that Vusi will phone me back shortly which I'm also still waiting for. This is unacceptable! Who gives you the right to mess me around like this? I've taken a days leave to be there today. Will you pay my salary for one day because you are wasting my time! How can you employ people who cannot even follow up and inform customers what is going on, why must customers follow up? Someone has to start telling the truth!
