Repeated bad service and very lengthy waits

I have regularly been to the Kauai Mostert Street branch and almost everytime I am disappointed with their service and very lengthy waits.

The staff do not seem to have a sense of urgency and do not keep you informed about the progress of your order

Today I waited nearly 30 mins just for a Zucchini Soup take-away.

I always leave irritated and disappointed

I wont be going back if service and lenghty waits do not improve
