We had a complaint about this Pizza Perfect branch a few months ago but let me be honest in saying that the improvement we have seen is significant. We order from them at least 3 times a week in our personal capacity and our company makes use of their branch constantly.

The team has sharpened up their communication and friendliness and for that we want to extend a big gratitude to the management and the owners.

In one scenario we couldn't get through their line and we sent an sms to the owner merely to notify him his lines were down. It turned out the line was just engaged for 30 minutes as they were vey busy. Regardless the owner took our details and had the branch phone us to take our order. You get service and then you get something extra-The latter applies hands down.

Big compliment to manager Vusi, Caroline and Patrick. All 3 working close to the counter and all 3 of them always greeting you with a smile.

This store is also probably the most accurate in providing accurate estimates on how long ones food will take as getting in wrong can mess up ones itinerary.
