Had enough of poor service

I am very disappointed in KFC Blueroute! I bought the Family meal with the 3 sides last month, my Zinger wings were Burt and junior burgers only had Hash Browns on them! This is not the first time I am complaining about an order and I am not going to stand for such poor service any more. The store in question hasn't gotten back to be nor has the contact centre. The last time I spend 270 in ur Wynburg store and got R30! I wasn't very impressed! This time I spend over R165. If I get another R30 I will be going to Hello Pete! It nearly a month later and no feedback, this complaint was logged on the 29/04, ref: P6/13/825, please do have a look into this because I have had enough of not getting my money's worth when it comes to KFC.
