Disgusting!

Without exageration, the wings at your store has never satisfied me. Always old and dry when I buy them at LUNCHTIME. I requested an email address from your Facebook page and sent an email around my complaint. I got a call from a manager saying wings will be complimentary the next time. I went in, bought myself a meal and asked for the FOUR free wings. When I got to the office the wings were once again OLD, DRY AND NOT EDIBLE. I sent an email to complain again last week about that incident - still no reply. Yesterday I bought a zinger burger meal and when I got to the office the chicken was so dry I dumped half of it. I was so angry I chose to not call the store as I would have regretted it. Given I spend more than R1000 at that particular store per month I expect to be satisfied. I am not asking for miracles here, simply fresh food.
