Poor service and dissatisfied with the food!!!

My family and I purchased a full family meal, 2x zinger burgers and the food tasted terrible, definitely not fresh, drained in oil, I also ordered separate hot zinger wings and it wasn't even hot??? after standing in a queue for over an half hour, I know its festive season but the food is whats important right?? dissatisfied customer, waste of money!!!
