Staff members ignorant to pleasing paying custome

My collegue went to purchase two pies and then came back witht he pies the one she ordered for her was fresh and mines was old to me so she went back to ask them to change it for a newly baked one that would be flaky and crisp but when she went back she firstly was ignored when she tried to speak to someone to explain and thenevntually when she spoke zodwa rebecca who assisted her when she went back to complain and rebecca says she won't attend to anything like that because all pies was done today nevertheless we wasn't happy with quality and just requested a replacement and was refused by both staff members andthen the both ladies ignored her after she complain so she stood there and den asked them why they not payin attention to her complaint so then zodwa says to customer "you can see Its busy" and then my collegue was shocked at that response and walked out with the same pie which we have kept aside and await the owners visit to give it to him and ask him if he wil be happy to consume it! photoz of the diff of both pies have been taken we shall npot be taking for a ride no matter what the cost of product is
