Mc Donald's staff pulls tongue and yells

December 31st 2012, 9:30pm, we arrive at the Drive-Through, 6th in the queue, 2 men walk directly in front of the vehicle ahead of us and place crates on the ground obsructing us from moving further. With no explanation, as well as an arrogant staff member who refuses to call his manager they make the customers wait. I walk through to the first window of the drive through and ask the lady politely about what was going to happen to the rest of the people waiting. She does not respond at all ad refuses to call her manager when asked to, saying she's "busy". I walk around the entire drive-through and enter the actual store asking to speak to the manager. He appologizes and says he'll deal with it and re-opens the"24 hour" drive through. Waiting for our car at the first window I address the manager about the arrogance of his staff wth the lady "Sibongile" if memory serves me correct (She also refused to tell me her name) present. In absolute disregard she begins repeatedly pulling a tongue and yells to over power my voice with her manager present. The manager-unable to control her-refuses to give us the owners details, takes my details and says he will contact me. It's been16 days&no response at all!
