Cattle Baron
Pathetic Service

Went to Cattle Baron yesterday for Mother's Day and had the most pathetic service ever. Our booking was for 11h45. We were hardly greeted when they told us we needed to be done by 13h15 for the next seating. I ordered the chicken and rib combo with veg and a baked potato, I ordered chicken fingers for my son, my husband order stuffed mushrooms, cr? me brulee and ribs takeaway. We also ordered a side portion of onion rings. I received my my meal at 12h45 without my veg and baked potato but instead got chips. I told them I never ordered the chips and they said they would bring my veg. I eventually shared my food with my son as he still never had his food. I then cancelled his order as by this time it was quite pointless. Our onion rings came and had 2 calamari rings mixed with the onion rings. My veg and baked potato came when my meal was finished and my husband's mushrooms just never arrived. I never bothered ordering dessert as there was no way we would have received our order by 13h15. We called the manager over and complained but all he could say was "Sorry our food arrived late". Seriously now, this shouldn't affect your customers at all. After all it was Mothers Day.
