Worst Seafood and Terrible Service on Mothers Day

We love Ocean Basket, my family and i have been eating at this seaood Restauraunt for years. We tried all until this past Sunday (12/05/2013) Mothers day. My family and i opted for Seafood and decided to spoil our wives and mothers on this day. We went to Carnival City. We were seated in good time but the service really got to us.

Firstly 3 diferent waitresses served us. Drinks took around 10 minutes to come, time to order and we dont know who to call so asked someone to serve us. Ordered Meals and this is where it got to us, meals took 45 minutes to arrive! We had to ask someone to check on our order! When eventually food arrived, 90% of the food was raw, the prawns was burnt and the shell cudnt get off. Chips was so hard my kid complained. No taste to it all also. The fish had a scale on it, we called the Manager to show him, he said it cant be cos its line fish. We actually showed him the scale. He brought us 5 tasteless prawns again to compensate but i mean really! Were we all gona take a bite off each prawn. We didnt finish the meals cos we were upset in the stomach. Woke up and left. I have to consider another Restauraunt now really, have to try new places.
